Delivery details:

Large housing estates and village houses: home delivery

Each order can deliver to one address only.

Delivery time: Monday to Saturdays (except Sundays & Public Holidays)

Delivery Address MUST provide at least 15-min free parking for home delivery.*^#

*If free parking is not available or the walking distance from parking exceeds 15-min walk or the parking space would incur obstruction or impounding, please inform our staff in advance. (Customers might be required to pick up downstairs.)

^For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, customers must inform our staff. (Customers might be required to pick up downstairs.)

#If customers request for a specified time period for delivery or the request time is outside the range of our business hours, we might not be able to deliver within 4 working days and our driver would contact for special arrangements.

Delivery locations: 

Hong Kong(Major Area): Free delivery for purchase of HK$300 or above within 4 working days. If purchase below HK$300, a delivery fee of HK$70 will be charged.

Hong Kong(Other Remote Area): Please contact our Customer Service

Discovery Bay: Free delivery for purchase of HK$800 or above on Saturdays. (If purchase below HK$800, additional charge $80 is required)

Tung Chung & Ma Wan Area: Free delivery for purchase of HK$600 or above on every Saturday. (If purchase below HK$600, additional charge $60 is required)

Adverse weather: 
Delivery service will be suspended if typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or the black rainstorm warning signal is issued.  Delivery will be postponed to the next working day, or customers may contact us to make special arrangements.

Self-pick up items: 
You can make an appointment to visit our store during opening hours. (Address: 23 Tin Sum Road, Hung Shui Kiu) 
Opening hours: 12:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday (Closed on Wednesday & Public Holidays) 

Note:  We may close at an earlier time in case of adverse weather conditions, such as typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the black rainstorm warning signal, etc.  If customers want to collect the goods by themselves, please be sure to make an appointment.

We currently only provide delivery inside Hong Kong, any overseas area is excluded.

Return Policy: 

Please read the following terms & conditions↓

A) All products(non-food) must be unused due to hygienic concern.

B) The return item must remain at least 90% with invoice & full package, accessories & user manual, customer should inform us within 7 days. 

C) We don't accept personal/animals' favor or preference as a reason for returns.

D) We have the right to decline returns for any human damage.

E) No returns for Special Offer or Gift 

F) All completed orders are non-refundable. Customers can exchange with same value of goods. If the value of the exchange items is less than the value of the original purchased item, the difference would not be returned. 

G) The related gift must be returned together with the return item.

H) The food provided is within at least 3-month expiry date(except discounted items), we would inform our clients in advance if the expiry date is less than 3-month time. We do not accept any reason related to expiry date after the transaction is completed. Please inform our staff if a longer expiry date is required while placing order.

I) We have the right to decline any unreasonable request and shall reserves the right to final decision of the return policy.

In the event of any dispute, Pet Brothers Limited reserves the right to final decision.
