• With the purchase of any goods at our shop, for every HK$100.00 (after discount) can gain 3 points. (The products marked with Special Offer & Package Offer & Bulk purchase offer are excluded)
• The Cash Point will be credited after the transaction is completed.

Usage of Cash Point:

• Members must inform the staff to use the Cash Points in advance during the purchase next time. Otherwise, Pet Brothers Limited has the right to reject the usage.
• 1 Member Point can be used as HKD$1.
• The Cash Point is valid for 12 months according to the transaction date of each purchase. Expired Cash Point will be automatically cancelled, members must use the Cash Points within the period of validity.
• The remaining amount after using cash points must be paid in Cash. Credit card or Paypal is not acceptable.
